I had to wait days just to hear back from customer service, and when they finally replied, my issue still wasn’t fixed. Come on now, if it takes that long to respond, at least help me sort it out

I’ve been waiting almost two weeks now, and the hoop still hasn’t shown up?? Really frustrating... I was excited to get it, but this shipping time is just way too long!!!

I grabbed this wall padding from IndoorHoops for our garage basketball setup, it has been a total sanity-saver. I was so tired of hearing the ball slam into the wall like the house was about to collapse, and now it actually feels way safer for the kids too.

Putting it up was simple, and once it was on the wall, it looked clean and solid. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, which felt like forever because I was beyond ready to get it installed, but the padding itself has been great.

It feels sturdy once mounted. I did have to use a couple extra screws to get it feeling secure, which was a little annoying, but after that it’s been holding tight and doing the job.

I ordered the wrong size hoop and ended up having to return it. The return instructions were straightforward, and support got back to me the next day, which was better than I’ve had with some other shops. The refund took about a week to show up, so a bit slower than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a hassle or anything. Overall, I’d order from them again.

I tried putting this up myself and felt trapped once I got started. The instructions were confusing, a few parts didn’t line up the way they should, and by the time I realized how much of a hassle it was, I was already too far in to just quit. It took way longer than expected, and even now that it’s up, I still don’t fully trust it

My order was mostly correct, but one item wasn’t quite the one I picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little frustrating when I noticed it. I reached out to support and they were nice about it, basically saying something like, “Sorry about that, we’ll help get it sorted.” They did fix it afterward, so overall it was okay. I just wish the order had been checked a bit more carefully before it shipped.

I started noticing a pattern fast with this hoop, it felt lightweight in a cheap way, and after only a little use, the rim was already starting to bend. I kept checking to see if it was just a one-time issue, but it really seems like the quality just isn’t there.

I wasn’t too happy with indoorhoops.com, honestly. Confusing the site felt, and finding basic info took way longer than I expected. I thought it would be simple to use, but mostly I just got annoyed with it. For me, not really worth the time, and I probably won’t be using it again.

I really wanted to love this because the hoop itself is fun to use, but the door protection just didn’t do as much as I expected, and after only a few days of playing I started noticing marks along the top of my door even though I had the padding on and thought everything was set up right, so while it technically works, I’m not totally comfortable using it as much as I wanted to

I was disappointed with this. The backboard cracked way sooner than I expected, and it just feels weaker than... I don’t know, I thought it would hold up better.

This net was kind of a joke. It ripped way too fast, like it was made out of tissue paper. Disappointing quality.

I bought an indoor hoop from IndoorHoops a few months back, and my kids have been using it pretty much every day. There’s been a lot of hanging on the rim and, some rough play, but so far nothing has cracked or come loose. The backboard still looks good too. I wasn’t totally sure how well it would hold up indoors, but it’s been better than I expected.

Just a heads up for anyone trying to book through indoorhoops.com on mobile: it was frustrating. The pages felt clunky, basic info was harder to find than it should’ve been, and a few things didn’t load properly for me. I ended up giving up before booking anything. I’d probably use a desktop if you really need to use the site.

My order was fine overall, but the packaging looked rough when it arrived. The box was dented and taped up kind of weird. Luckily, nothing inside was broken, so that's good, but it definitely could've been packed better

Our indoor hoop was basically the center of the universe for the kids, so when the rim and net needed replacing, you’d think the whole house had collapsed. I ordered the new parts and they took a few days to ship, which felt like an eternity with the kids asking about it nonstop. But once everything arrived, it fit just fine and the hoop was back in action. Peace has been restored, you’d think we won the championship.

I bought this from indoorhoops.com and the setup went fine, so I’ll give it credit for that. But the rim strength is disappointing. After just a few normal shots and a couple of light dunks, it already started feeling a bit loose, which is really not what I expected for the price. It’s not completely unusable, and it might be okay for kids messing around, but if adults are going to be playing on it, I’d be a little hesitant. I was hoping it would feel sturdier.

As someone who really tries to be smart about where I spend my money, this just didn’t feel worth it to me. I ended up paying more than I expected, i didn’t notice anything that made it better than the cheaper options nearby. It’s not terrible, just overpriced for what you actually get
